I attended the RosEvaluation Conference 2009 hosted by Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Terre Haute, IN.  Interesting software included Expertiza (NC State Professor) for collaborative writing & evaluation by students, RosEvaluation software for program/course learning outcomes assessment, and Calibrate.  Program here. more information here.
