After over two years of learning more about e-portfolios than I ever expected, the E-portfolio Ad Hoc Task Force’s work at LCC is complete. I think. We made final recommendations to the Provost to implement RosEvaluation system from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (with a couple of caveats). For more details, contact me.
The CWAC decided to form an ad-hoc task force to examine college-wide opportunities for e-Portfolio software. The intent is to find a way to digitize the Writing program’s portfolio assessment process and also determine whether such software might have use elsewhere on campus.
I have been a member of the College-Wide Assessment Committee since it was formed at LCC back in 2003 (2004?). I have served as the Chair of the Professional Development and Tools Sub-committee.
